"Being an artist is a process, not a title."
Hermetica’s connection to electronic music is not limited to DJing. Alongside her work as a DJ, she is deeply interested in contributing to the scene in an active and meaningful way. Her affinity with electronic music, combined with a background in logistics, event production and audiovisual production, has shaped a broader practice that extends beyond the booth.
She enjoys working with creative and production teams to help develop projects connected to electronic music culture. For her, being part of this world is not only about performance, but also about contributing to the ideas, structures and processes that make cultural initiatives possible.
This involvement is closely connected to her identity as an artist. Her DJ sets reflect a deep commitment to vinyl culture, a growing range of influences, and an ongoing dialogue with both the roots and the evolution of electronic music. Rather than staying within a single category, she approaches each set with versatility, instinct and a strong sensitivity to context.
Recently relocated to Amsterdam, she is focused on continuing to grow both as an artist and as an active contributor to the electronic music community, building new connections and taking part in projects that strengthen and expand the culture around it.
Hermetica has brought her vision to venues such as Tresor West in Dortmund, Tillatec in Amsterdam, Renate in Berlin, Aquasella Festival in Spain, Tempio del Futuro Perduto in Milan, Fridas Pier in Stuttgart and The Basement in Madrid, among others.
She currently holds residencies at Shockwerk in Berlin and Lanna Club in Spain.
"I constantly work to improve as a DJ, refining my technique and expanding my artistic range. I believe in keeping this culture alive. Not just by playing music, but by actively contributing to a healthy and thriving community. From organizing events to curating selections, I immerse myself in all aspects of the scene, always learning from those around me. ALT is a platform where this approach is nurtured, allowing me to evolve freely."
